How Often Should I Practice Yoga?

Yoga is such a process that you do not need to set

any time to do it because it is such an

activity that you can do it anytime in the

morning and evening and it is not that you have to do it in

the interval of a few days. If you want, you can do it

daily and if you want, you can do it at an interval of 2 days,

4 days or 5 days, but doing yoga daily is much more beneficial.
